Founder Jake Richardson began working in construction at 17 and built his career across industrial mining, structural steel, heavy equipment operation, scaffolding, and high-risk job sites where safety and precision are non-negotiable. He holds certifications in heavy welding, working at heights, confined spaces, fire prevention, workplace safety, and advanced first aid.
Backed by an Art Degree, a Degree in Interactional Digital Media Design (IDM), a Business Degree, and real estate development education, Jake brings design intelligence and investment strategy into every project.
